There were two interviews. The first interview was with a single person. The second interview was with two individuals. The questions were primarily behavioral based. Then there was a mock situation, how do you handle this, etc. There was an emphasis on working with unions. They needed to see if you were able to understand their needs, but still represent the company.

I appreciated the interview process I went through with Ford. The recruiter was very knowledgeable about the role and provided a lot of relevant information about what I should expect in the following interview rounds. The HR interview was very detailed and asked deep-dive questions about my background and experience vs. just asking mundane questions that tell someone very little about what I've done, which is what I've experienced when interviewing with other companies. The interviewers were very matter of fact and straightforward. I appreciated going through the process with them.

Interview
The interview is a fast and good response. it starts with a phone interview with one of the recruiter and then with a phone interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager and the HR manager asked me every aspect of questions ranging from my previous experience and my future prospect.
