I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ford Motor Company (Dearborn, MI) in Feb 2020
Interview
Applied online and was contacted for a phone interview one week after I applied. After I passed the phone interview I was contacted for an in-person interview in Dearborn, MI. They flew me out and paid for your hotel accommodations as well. The interview was in the morning and started with a welcome presentation then you moved onto a panel interview with 2-3 interviewers and those are basic interview questions but you should be prepared and know your resume extremely well and be able to speak about relevant experiences. You also will have a simulation where they will give you information the day of the interview. This part was really cool and you experienced things that you will deal with on a daily basis at the job. Great experience, the interviewers were awesome and made me feel extremely comfortable as well.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Ford Motor Company (Houston, TX) in Apr 2025
Interview

Question 1
Tell us about a time where you had to prioritize your time? How did you set yourself up for success?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ford Motor Company (Dearborn, MI) in Apr 2022
Interview
The whole process took about a month and consisted of a screening call and 2 virtual interviews. There were a lot of behavioral/situational questions that were aimed at you drawing on previous experience to answer, which wasn't anything too complicated. The final interview was about 3 hours long and was divided into 2 parts: a formal interview and a dealership meeting simulation. They give you an 8-page packet with dealer performance metrics and you have 30 minutes to study it before the simulation starts. Try to talk about every point that's in the packet even though they tell you it isn't necessary (because it totally is). You're expected to think quickly on your feet!
