No interviews, testing takes 6 hours I believe nine tests in total first 6 are basic and really easy the last three youhave to go really fast and don’t just guess. Don’t stress if youdon’t get done I didn’t on the last two and still passed. Then if you pass the test you get a email with a bunch of paper work fill out then last comes the drug test and physical. Then u wait to find out if u passed
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Ford Motor Company (Dearborn, MI)
Interview
It’s mind boggling how Ford ghosts even talented CNC setup technicians for an assembly role. Don’t count on Ford for employment hope because they’ve ghosted me for months when tier1-2 CNC Automotive and Aerospace shops want me. It’s unfortunate that it’s it’s pretty obvious it’s a discerning bias against people
It was an average interview for the most part. Nothing intimidating or unusual. It was quick and laidback. Process takes a long long time though like months maybe and sometimes over a year or two
It was easy to navigate. They were quick to follow up. Had two separate interviews. Good challenging questions. Felt the interviewer was easy to talk to and was interested in what I had to say.
