Telephone interview to screen the CV, followed by a day out which includes several interviews - Analytical skills, Behavioural skills, writing skills, communication skills. They have a mass recruitment day, where they recruit member for all the domains (tech, non-tech, etc).

Tell me about a situation where you had to disagree with your team members. How did you handle it?
Online questions and then onsite interview. The questions are not too technical related but question your ability to think and process at the scene about a particular problem. They ask about 10 questions like such.
