The interview process was smooth and was pretty standard. They were hiring people skilled in SAS for the Credit Analytics team. Two rounds of interviews with a panel of three. We talked about the projects I worked on in the past and how comfortable I am with handling large volumes of data. They drilled down my resume and asked a lot of questions from it. Each round lasted about 45 mins. I got to learn a lot about the company and the work. They provide laptops. Stress free environment. But scope for learning wasn't great. Finally HR called to process the offer letter. Pretty standard salary negotiation. CTC includes variable pay. Overall it took between 2-3 weeks.
