La empresa y sus prestaciones son muy buenas… los reclutadores mediocres, al menos quien llevó mi proceso. No me dijo ni que la nómina era mensual, tuve un problema grande de salud en mi familia y no podía aguantar hasta el pago… ni un dedo movió para revisar fecha de ingreso, no reviso mi oferta, no te garantiza que te puedan dar tu expectativa… el proceso es A CIEGAS, retrasa la agenda de agendar entrevistas, tú tienes que perseguirlo. El crecimiento y la garantía de mi trabajo iba respaldado, y mi reclutadora solo atrofió mi proceso, no revisan individualmente los casos… o ella tiene malas praxis, o celos, o es la empresa.

Very unprofessional. Recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. After that I had a final interview scheduled, then that interview got cancelled and they were in the process of rescheduling it. I inquired for an update as to when this would be rescheduled since it was over a week. The Recruiter withdrew me from the process after I asked for an update. I've never experienced this before, terrible candidate experience.
