I attended an information session on my college campus, submitted my resume, and then I was selected for an interview on campus a few weeks later. A few days before the interview they sent out a case study to prepare before the interview. There were two people in the interview and we went over the case and then they asked mostly behavioral interview questions.

Interview
One phone screening, recruiter described information about the position, and then asked me some basic questions about why I was interested, education and previous internship background. Then the final round interview was with team of three engineers from Ford who asked various questions.

They asked about projects on resume. IE, explain technologies used in [x] project, describe the difficulties of working on [x].
The process was easy ans did not have too many steps. Th interview was not that hard the hr manager handled the interview but she made me feel relaxed and asked easy questions to get me know better

HR interview is quite flexible. Detailed interview with manager is also nice as they are open for new ideas and people. I got asked about my projects and previous internship experience. And typical interview questions such as weakness,strength.
