Flip CX Software Developer interview questions

The company emailed me to schedule a phone screen using their calendar app. At the schedule time, no one called. My emails were ignored. Not a great experience, but I suppose that being ghosted by potential employers is part of the job search experience.

Talked to a recruiter over email then was sent a technical phone screen. It was pretty fast and seemed pretty fair. They really seemed to emphasize that they would look at your code, and that it wasn't just about hacking the test cases
