Flip CX interview questions

The interview was 1 call with the recruiting coordinator and then they ask me to work on a home assignment (deck + video presentation on Loom). The deck preparation took a few hours (research, design matching, ...). The loom video too (+ not free to use). The recruiting coordinator explicitly ask me to deliver it within 2 days otherwise they will have a look at it (which I did). 6 days later (+ a couple of emails for me). They send me a generic rejection email without any analysis on the work produced. What a waste of time!

Only made it through 2 rounds. First is a recruiter, then a project that you have to self record and present. Issue is you have to pay for a Loom service in order to do the project. I also had to pay for Office365 because Slides was not as useful. Then I believe a final round.
