Interview
Easy interview process. Initially had a phone interview with the HR coordinator, during which basic behavioral and experience questions were asked ("Can you explain in more detail what you accomplished during your term as a XXX at YYY Company?"). About a week later, I had an interview with the hiring manager and it was pretty much the same, but more focused on what my opinions were on supply chain/inventory management, what I wanted to accomplish, etc.. There were no technical or situational questions asked.

Had online interview during covid time, the interviewer is very helpful and friendly, shared and changes perspectives during the interview. Interview with the manager, had only 1 level of interview.

Interview
First, they screeened the CV and then make announcement who are passing the CV screening. Then they invite the candidates in 2-3 following days to have 1:1 interview. There were 2 interviews, one was done by the manager (user) and second was done by Human Resource manager.
