I applied through my college. It was a pooled campus recruitment. The interview process took half a day. First round was a online test consisting of English verbal, quantitave aptitude, supply chain management questions. The next round was a group discussion round. Then a HR round, they will ask you questions from your resume,what do you know about the job and the company. The next level of interview was scheduled to another day in the flex office in Chennai, it is a simple HR round. I didn't get call after that still.. but the HR personnel said I was selected for the position and have to wait few months as their is a organizational changes going on.
Have to clear a Exam round, then interview Assitant Manager, then final interview round with Manager. The process fir smooth no issue at all. I received confirmation for HR team within 2 weeks and orientation and onboarding happened within next 3 weeks

Interview
The interview was good and you need great communication skills and industry knowledge. You also need to be well prepared about the company and what it offers to the customer.
I attended online, it was during the pandemic time. I received an invite from HR where they explained the interview process followed by a online aptitude test and managerial interview through zoom. once manager round is completed there will be one more call with HR where the salary negotiations will happen.
