The interview process was absurdly long. Initial phone screening with a recruiter. A weeks goes by and then confirmation for another. A weeks goes by then confirmation for another, and so on. It was a little over a month total. If you are coming out of college, don’t waste your time with them. It seemed like every interview was the same but with a different person. If you know you are probably not going to hire someone, please don’t string them along. I couldn’t help but think during the process this is probably indicative of their company culture, which made not want to work there even if I got an offer.
