Group manager and several Development Engineers interviewed me. Some were focused on technical knowledge and skills, some were focused on attitude and work ethic/experience, others seemed more worried about ability to gel with the current team.

Describe how you would determine statistically if a manufacturing process was good or bad given some hypothetical data - describe how you measure the efficiency of a solar cell electrically - describe how a solar cell works, etc.
