First Solar Interview Questions

Below average. There is no update. HR reached out and setup a meeting with team lead. Team lead was not interested and no clear expectations was discussed in the interview. They didn'T even care to send a rejection/update email. Says a lot about the company on how they treat interviewees. No clear agenda for the role as well as for the interview.

30 minute Phone Interview with a recruiter. She asked about my general background and what experience I had training people. She had good information about the responsibilities of the position.

A call from HR and then Video call with the hiring managers . Last interview I had to go to the company and I had 5 people asking me within 30 minutes which I guess is the team I would have been working with , some of them were so rude and trying to show me that he knows much more than me and was waiting for my mistakes to correct them with a small laugh , sorry to say that but they were all Indians and Malaysians somehow I think they didn’t want to accept anyone different , second round with only one person which was much better but end of the day he wasn’t responsible for the final decision I guess

Super easy, approachable, direct and explained the project thoroughly. Creative Director was clear in their objective and always accessible throughout the project. Pleasure to work with and always available to answer questions.

couple of phone screens with recruiter and hiring manager then ghosted, can't be bothered to follow up with candidates. Guess that's their way of letting you know that your time with them is not valued. Not sure why sending an email letting you know you're no longer being considered is too hard. I know candidates do it too, but I at least expected global companies to be professional. Times sure have changed! And companies can't understand why they can't find good candidates when they treat people like this! Hmmm.
