Our assessment days are designed to evaluate a range of capabilities that are relevant to the role, including communication, collaboration, problem‑solving and how candidates approach unfamiliar scenarios. These activities are intended to provide a consistent and fair way for all applicants to demonstrate their skills, alongside their experience and background.
Progression to interview is based on meeting the criteria across these exercises within a competitive group setting.
We recognise that this approach will not suit everyone, and we understand how the format and environment can feel uncomfortable or impersonal for some candidates. Feedback about atmosphere, structure, and clarity around tasks is taken seriously and shared with our recruitment and hiring teams for review.
We would also like to clarify that we are unable to remove or alter reviews once they are published, as these platforms operate independently. We believe transparency is important, and we respect individuals’ rights to share their genuine experiences.
