The process firstly was with a call from their HR. The call was about 5 to 10 minutes, and it was about general subjects. After that they arranged a meeting with CTO that was about 40 minutes and was completely about technical issues

Question 1
They asked about different technologies I have used in my previous companies, the roles I had and the chanllanges I had. Besides, they asked me about new technologies and how much Iread about them

Interview
Totally 4 steps, the first one is short with HR. The second one face to face around 1 hour. The third one 40 minutes by phone and the last one, 2 hours face to face with almost the whole company's members.
You should answer one question a thousand times. If you are very strong in the technical aspect but not a perfect speaker you will be failed.
The technical skills are not very important.
