Question 1
examples of previous work, situational questions and about my past exerience
First step in process was HR phone call, I personally found that they were not very transparent about the job. I interviewed for an advertised 'manager' role but the salary was closer to a specialist level - supposedly these roles were interchangeable or this is something I misunderstood. I was confused at the types of questions asked during the first round, generally you would expect easier questions but I found the first round more like a second round.

Question 1
Tell me about an achievement you're most proud of at work and what was the result of this
Strung me along for months, the job they were hiring for was not what they advertised for. The interviewer didn't realize he was looking for someone with cryptocurrency experience. I was so irritated with their process that I ended up telling him I didn't have that experience despite actually mining crypto.
