They hire through A lengthy process. If successful, you will be extremely grateful. I stressed and worried for about a week and a half before the actual day. 1500 applicants. 29 at assessment day from 9-5:45pm. 7 people hired at the end of the day.

Interview
Short and brief session on the interview and good engagement from HR and the hiring manager. Ask mainly about experience and the insight in the business domain.
Some questions are quite products and client specific so need to be prepared and read up their use case before the interview.
