The interview process is a lengthy process beginning with the HR recruiter, followed by three separate interviews. All of this is standard, but the time between each step can take several weeks.

Tell me a time when you had to handle a problematic email.
It was easy I was referred for the position so I was pretty much set as for the interview process. They just asked basic questions and asked as in what I was currently doing as my life and goals I was looking and aiming towards.
