Initially applied online, sending in a resume and cover letter. I recieved an e-mail from one of the Financial Center Managers. After setting up an interview, I met him face to face a week later. Make sure you come well dressed and prepared with a couple resumes, a notepad and pen, and a list of your references.

Interview
First, the HR department contact with me via email. A few days later, I had a phone call with the HR department, and a few days after, I was scheduled for an interview at the bank branch.

Tell me about yourself. They ask also about my experience as a teller and with money.
Applied online and then a week later a recruiter calls you. Asked about resume/experience and other basic questions. Then about a week later a second interview with the hiring manager. Your normal interview process.

“Tell me about a time you resolved a conflict? And how did you do it?”
First, there was a phone interview, followed by a in person interview by the branch manager. After the branch manager interview, I was offered a position. The interview was very average, and did not last more than 20 minutes.
