Interview process was very simple. Most interview questions were behavioral and required specific examples such as how do you deal with an angry customer or specific time where you went above and beyond

If I recall correctly there was a screening call & just one interview. The interview was in a branch, and it was real casual. Really just making sure you have the people skills needed in a customer facing role like this.

Phone interview was okay and they ask about my customer services experience and how i can reach the target if i can work on Saturday they asked me and example how i reach out to people

Interview
Three step process, First a phone call that went over the basic resume asking if you have an experience in client and customer service. Second interview was with a manager in person at a branch and went into detail about the job and the expectations and what if scenarios. Final round is with the regional manager online.
