I spoke to HR recruiter using the STAR format. It was very relaxed went over my resume and asked “How do I handle/changed a situation” what was the outcome. The next day received an email for a in person interview. Went over the STAR format this was 1 hour long. Again very relaxed and having more of a conversation about your work and situations you been through from previous employment. About 2 days later received the offer.
