I applied through university. Got an interview after the career fair. The HR guy I interviewed was really nice and was interactive with the questions. All behavioral questions. I took the opportunity to ask some questions and he appreciated it.

Tell me about a time where you were in a situation where you had to deal with diversity-
Was very straight forward, efficient, and communicative. Interviewers were professional while keeping a comfortable and somewhat relaxed environment. Face to face interactions and everyone was very eager and willing to help. Would reccommend
This was a 2 step interview process. The interviews were very easy and did not relate to any practical experience. I was asked standard interview questions. Each interview lasted about 30 minutes.

Behavioral and very basic IB prep questions. Understand the market and be good at telling a story. Know market basics like what treasury stocks, and what the Dow is trading at.
