I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Merrimack, NH) in Dec 2024
Interview
Short Behavioral Interview on the phone then a technical interview over a video call. It was quite fast in the process of getting these interviews but then afterwards I didn't hear from them in a while
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Create a database in SQL (Showed a table of the database they wanted to create)
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Durham, NC) in Sep 2023
Interview
They start by introducing the LEAP program. After that, you introduce yourself and tell them why you want to work there. You explain your experience in the front-end and back-end separately. Next, you explain your experience with different frameworks and databases. After that, they ask you questions like: "What do you know about OOP principles?", "What do you know about Agile?", "What do you know about SQL?", "What do you know about Git?" The whole interview lasted about 25 minutes and I was not asked any supplemental questions for each topic after answering them in depth with examples. This was for the phone interview, I did not make it to the technical interview. I was hoping to get into the LEAP program so I also created a project that demonstrated all the OOP principles along with their tech stack which included HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Spring Boot, Java, MySQL, and Git but my recruiter didn't bother to look at it. I got the feeling that my recruiter didn't know much about what she was asking me. With that being said, be sure to answer their conceptual questions with the definitions online and less with examples.

Interview
I applied online and was then asked to complete an interview via HireVue. They asked simple questions about my previous work experience, projects, with some behavioral questions mixed in. I then had a phone call with a recruiter and basically explained everything on my resume.
The final part of the interview process was a Zoom call with a developer. They didn't ask me any real technical questions but had me again talk about previous work and projects. Overall a quick and simple process.
