Easy going, very transparent. Explaining the job description, going over your resume, expectations, etc. Next step was technical questions which went over common windows helpdesk interview questions. Towards the end of the interview you can ask question about the position, company, etc.

Phone call interview and then panel interview. It was pretty average in difficulty and the whole interview process spanned about two months. I did my interviews virtually since I don't live there.
Filled out an application and was sent an invitation to do video interview via email. The interview process seemed straightforward. The job description included having to pass an exam after a trial period.
