The interview process consisted of four stages:
1. A quick phone call with HR.
2. An interview with HR and the Lead Engineer.
3. An assignment.
4. A final interview to discuss the assignment.
The process itself was straightforward but lasted a month. Unfortunately, I ended up being ghosted at the end. After following up, I received a response stating that they decided to close the position, as they had determined it wasn’t necessary to fill it at this time.
