I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fast Enterprises (Denver, CO)
Interview
Initially applied online. Was called to schedule a formal phone interview less than 2 days later; with a request to come for an in-person interview given while on the call for the phone interview. Due to travel restrictions I couldn't go for 2 weeks, but I had an offer within 3 days of returning from the interview.
I don't believe this is done anymore, but I had a one-on-one interview with the managing partner. Asked about my feelings when he described Fast's development methodology, and asked me some logic problems to draw out on the board. Couldn't figure out one, but he was very friendly and talked through it.

It was a very quick process. I recieved a reply back within first two days of applying and scheduled a phone screening within a week from the email. Recuriter asked pretty average questions.
