I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Farmers Insurance Group (Phoenix, AZ) in Mar 2018
Interview
There were 8 other candidates interviewing for the same position. Two Farmers employees at a time each went back with 4 candidates, the other 4 of us were given a tour by a different employee. The remaining 4 of us were given a typing test and then taken into a conference room where he told us about the company and then asked us a little about ourselves.
Once the other 4 candidates completed their interviews, the same 4 teams of 2 grabbed the rest of us for our individual interviews. So each person was interviewed by 2 people.
The total time from the initial phone interview took about 2 weeks. Received offer within 2 days following in person interview contingent upon background check.
But training did not start until 7 weeks after the initial phone interview. I think it depends on when you apply because they have specific class times to fill.

3 round. Recruiter, panel, in person. Complete waste of time and gas. Not sure what they expect from new candidates when the field is completely new to most applicants especially in an entry level position.
