There is a process such as a phone interview that leads to a 2 hour in person interview. The 2 hour interview is a group setting with several supervisors present that reviews Farmers history, reviews expectations, and everyone gets to know one another. This gives plenty of time for the applicant to be engaged and participate by asking questions. After the group session, individuals branch off for one on one interviews with the supervisors. Follow up is either email or phone call.
