Interview
First round:
-Fairly standard tech questions, all already mentioned below with HR.
-Excel test (VLOOKUP, AVERAGE, and freeze panes are as hard as it gets.
Assessment Day:
-Microteach - 10 minute on "interactive" topic of tour choice.
-Group Exercise - prioritising business tasks in a "typical" day.
-Test on Factset Platform - video then test. Top tip: learn to use the help function.
Final:
-Interview with 2 consulting managers
-Non-assessed time with a consultant, shadowing.

3 Step process
Initial screening with HR
First in person interview with Senior Consultant which involved a round table discussion with other candidates and a presentation on your topic of choice. Third interview is a one on one with two senior consultants.

Interview
First Step was a video interview, questions were pretty straightforward. The second step was an assessment centre day in their offices. Two technical tests, a microsoft excel test and a trial of their Fact Set platform (received tutorial on the day)
Invited to HR video interview after completing the online application and two online tests (numerical and financial)
Video interview was pretty straightforward, half of it was talking about yourself and your experience (CV), other half was testing your knowledge on FactSet.
