I applied online. I interviewed at FactSet (Manila, Manila) in Apr 2021
Interview
The interview process was great and challenging at the same time. The great thing about the process is that they are giving feedbacks the soonest possible. It took me a week or two to finish the whole interview process.

The interview was very informative and explicit. The job description and responsibilities were well defined and explained very clearly. The interview gave me a clarity on the recent industry requirements and prevailing standards.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at FactSet (Taguig) in Jul 2021
Interview
The interview process is quite fast compared to my other applications.
1st - Interview with HR. HR interview was pretty straightforward. Questions asked are usually to confirm what is in your resume. At the end of the call, HR will tell you if you will proceed to the next step or not.
2nd - Online Exam. It is quite easy - logical, numerical, grammatical, and an essay test. HR will schedule you for an interview if you pass.
3rd - Panel interview. The interview was done through MS Teams. The panel consists of leads from Manila and a supervisor from onshore. Usually, the questions asked are situational so don't memorize your answers.
I did not receive an offer but was reprofiled to another SRA position. This is because the hiring team postponed the position I interviewed for.
