I was referred by a former coworker for the job. The process took 3 months, 5 phone interviews and a final in-person interview with 4 senior management members. Due to the length of time, it was a frustrating interview process. Very inefficient, despite the fact that each company employee I spoke with or met was very professional and courteous.

Typcially 4-5 rounds of interviews - early interview with recruiter, then with a few peers/team members, written exercise then 1-2 informal conversations with partner-level team leads for the final rounds.

Four stages, great people to interact with and passionate about the work they do. First stage is a screening call with a recruiter, second stage is a call with one of the team to talk about your experiences, third stage is a further discussion about experiences focused on technical and fourth stage is meeting the partners (SMDs)
