Personality type questions followed by questions about what you know about the company and why you want to work there. Ends with some basic technical ones related to statistical modelling. Not too difficult if you’ve taught before.

Maths and Verbal reasoning tests online (relatively standard). Interview with 2 consultants from the team I was applying to. Standard competencies interview, though with some coding-specific curve-balls thrown in. Major complaint is the ludicrous behaviour of the (previously very communicative) FTI following the interview. In almost 2 months since the interview I have had zero communication; I am left presuming a rejection that they don't even have the decency to send me. Shocking approach to hiring experienced candidates from a large company.
- - Tell me about your current role; level of experience - Explaining OLS regressions to a layman, deriving the value of R-squared using RSS, TSS, ESS etc.

The process took 2 days. I interviewed at FTI Consulting (New York, NY) in May 2023
20 min Microsoft Teams meeting with a staffer. Asked about my experience with document review. Asked two situational questions about dealing with a difficult supervisor and when a small detail was important. Then discussed the role.

First, I submitted the online application. From there I received an opportunity to complete the pre recorded interview. The interview consisted of a few common questions. You get two opportunities to record your answer.

3 rounds with 1 in person it was not too bad however it was length and they wanted to make sure I was a fit. Overall I would recommend the company

Had a phone screen did not go further then that. Was most questions about myself and prior job experience. Interviewer was very nice and responded very quickly to my questions via email

Well-structured interview process completed in two weeks. Completed a corporate exam online followed by four interviews. Technical interview focused on a typical restructuring case. The HR Representative is really organized and moved quickly through the process.

I got a response the day after I submitted my application asking for an interview. I also had to do maths and verbal tests. I had 2 rounds of interviews. They mostly asked fit questions and competency based questions rather than technical ones.

I had a phone screening interview but was not offered to the next stage. Questions were easy to answer and were mainly about the resume. Friendly interviewer too. I asked for feedback and they mentioned that my background does not fit well.

Overall pretty solid process, made it to second round. I applied to M&A Insurance for the graduate programme analyst role. I also did a online test and a written assessment
