A recruiter reached on to me on handshake, then had a phone interview with a MD, then flew in for the final-round interview in Chicago. HR was inefficient when it came to scheduling the interview as there were a few hiccups. The interview process included a lunch with 2 senior consultants, and then 3 interviews with MD's or some other higher ups. Each interview was half behavioral, half technical questions.
