      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at FSA (Washington, DC) in Sep 2014

      Interview

I have applied and interviewed multiple times with FSA and I have had nothing but good experiences so far. However, I wanted to provide feedback on today's scheduled interview with the USPIS. I originally planned to meet Thursday 10/16/2014 at 10 a.m., but was rescheduled for 10/15/14 at 10 a.m. I called at 9:50 a.m. and spoke the recruiter to alert her I was there for my interview. She informed me to wait in the lobby and she would have someone to come down and escort me up in about ten minuets. I waited for about 20 minuets and no ine came down to escort me. The security guard then came to me and asked further if I had contacted anyone to come down and meet me as I was just sitting there unattended. Around 10:25 a.m. a records analyst came to escort me up, he never acknowledged the delay, as I am not sure he was aware of any delay. He brought me to the Inspection office and asked me to have a seat in the waiting area and someone would be with me shortly. About ten minuets go by, no one still comes out or acknowledges the delay, I was not sure if I was given the wrong time or not. Then at 10:40 a.m. the individual who proceeded me came out of his interview and I could hear say thank you for coming in . I assumed I was next as I was the only one sitting there, 5 minuets go by and still no one comes in. The lady sitting in the inspections office front desk took the message to let someone know there was an individual waiting. I then waited a few more minuets until I asked the young lady at the desk is there someone who could assist me and contact someone as at this point I had waited over an hour and had not been acknowledged once. One of the most horrible and time consuming experiences Ihave had. Did not go through with the interview.
