Interview
The interview process is great as it is all automated. You have to record yourself answering a few questions and you get to retake. I thought it was a very smooth, easy process.
It was very simple. I only had a phone call in which the interviewer described the nature of the role and talked through my CV. It was extremely relaxed and very short.
