Very interesting interview process, they did a deep dive on one of my GitHub projects to pick my brain about and asked questions based on what they saw (this was during the 2nd interview). Overall the hiring team was very pleasant to talk to. However, their internal recruiter that reached out to me was absolutely awful. He alone makes me think poorly of the company as to how I might be treated had I received an offer. He failed to reply to me through email, voice mail, and even text messages when I sent them in response to receiving one from him. At least have the common decency to give me some form acknowledgement other than ghosting me especially after a second interview. I will not be interviewing for FIS in the future.
