Contacted by human resources to set up a in person interview in Jericho New York with two hiring managers. I have more than enough experience to compensate for what FINRA examiners do I have prior experience in numerous in various Federal regulatory agencies. My interview went really well however my agenda is to reduce the amount of travel so when I expressed my concern with travel I felt that the hiring managers saw that as a weak spot. What I found most interesting was that the hiring manager upon googling her name does not travel that often as her child is sick with a severe disease she expressed that working at this organization allows her to balance her schedule so that she can take care of her child according to the hiring manager is Finrud is very flexible regards to this circumstance. I too have similar circumstance however the managers at that point in time interpret my inability to travel 100%as a weak spot that is fine Karma will come around. As a Takeaway I am glad I did not get an offer from that organization and group it appears that manager is very jjaded and a true hypocrite
