FINRA interview questions

almost completely behavioral. the first round was just an intro with HR. the second round was with managing directors for the specific department i was interviewing for. we reviewed my resume and he asked the classic behavioral questions -- name a time you dealt with an issue on a project and how did you respond. also a question about my writing process with essays just because they write pretty lengthy reports and you need to have good writing skills.

Interview consisted of 3 different rounds. 1) Phone screen with a recruiter from the company. Be ready to answer questions about what FINRA does. 2) Technical Coding Interview (virtual) 3) Technical Coding interview (on-site) Overall a very smooth and professional experience. Heard back very fast in between rounds.
