I applied online. I interviewed at ExxonMobil (Spring, TX)
Interview
The interview process was very efficient and organized. The questions were fairly standard and the interviewers were personable and engaging. I received feedback quickly at each step. The position I applied for was generic and it wasn't until the offer phase that I was given details of the specific role.

Question 1
How do you manage multiple deliverables/deadlines?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ExxonMobil (Buenos Aires) in Dec 2025
Interview
Horrible they lied to me and several other candidates about the process and their plans. They still offered me the position which I turned down because I didn’t feel it was worth it.
The interview was a panel interview where they mostly asked questions about a project that I shared. I did not get the chance to ask any questions. The interview lasted about an hour in person.
