Preliminary Dinner with recruiters A formal interview, behavioral-based. A follow-up interview with a specific site. Recruiters were very personable, friendly, very informative, courteous, and are willing to fight for their applicants that they meet.

this was one hundred percent behavioral interview. my interviewer asked pointed questions and I didn’t hear back. It was an on campus interview after submitting my resume at a career fair.
