I applied online and was invited for an on campus interview. I took a survey after that on how I operated personality wise. I did not hear back after this, so it was assumed that I did not receive an offer.

Career fair on campus, took us out to breakfast the following week. Did interviews on campus afterword's. Two engineers were the interviewers very casual conversation but pretty intimidating. ( I need to reach 30 word count )

Talked to recruiter at career fair. Then in person behavioral interview (STAR) after college career fair. Then second interview over the phone, asking about experience, schoolwork, and job preferences. Never any technical questions.
