Almost half a day. 2 levels of ftf interview, 1st is with supervisors and HR, 2nd is with the department manager. There's also a simulation activity whereby you are put in a group (with 3-4 other candidates) and each will be given a role to play. You have to discuss with the team on how to manage a certain scenario given by the panels.
