I applied through EMEC but was not fast-tracked to the panel interview. In EMEC, if you're able to stand out and demonstrate teamwork, negotiation, leadership skills, they would fast track you to a panel interview which is the last stage of the application. Instead I was given a chance to do a Skype interview. It was a purely competency based interview with an external recruiting company. I heard back after 6 weeks that I have been offered a panel interview a week before the interview. The Skype interview is really quick- lasted about 30 minutes. Questions on working in a team, how did I adapt to change, have I received feedback and what was the outcome etc.
