Initial conversation with an internal recruiter, followed by a conversation with an internal Exec Recruiter, then interviews with team and HR. I've had several follow up conversations and have been back to the office for more interviews... so far a total of 7.

Question 1
For the most part the interviews have been very polite and the questions asked have been standard behavioral based interview questions. Difficult decisions, difficult situations, dealing with adversity and ambiguity. Business Acumen is clearly important.
