Interview
Had to complete a case study before interview which I was given 3 days to do. 3 Skype interviews, 2 with manager and 1 with team member. Interviews were mostly just a chat about myself and my skills, with a few technical questions. I also had to talk about the case study in the in two of the interviews.
First stage - Telephone interview with internal recruiter, it was fairly straightforward. Had to talk about my professional experience and why I applied for position. Overall interview was alright even though I didn’t move forward.

STAR behavioral questions based on company values - they really have an emphasis on these two things. There was also a business case component where they just want to see your thought process and how you explain your approach. The interview process is quite extensive with many rounds of interviews
