Daniel, the HR lead, was very easy to work with and transparent during the process. When I came in, they gave me a schedule of people I would be meeting with and their role. Most of these sessions were on time and the majority of people I met seemed to like their job and made it sound like you can be successful there. My only con would be the time from initial reach out to a decision was over 6 weeks. When good firms find good people, they should not make them wait 6 weeks, especially in a candidates market. I was not given reason as to why I would not get an offer but just for the standard “thanks but no thanks” email.

Daniel had reached out via LinkedIn and we had an initial conversation. He was more than happy to set up a phone interview with the VP to answer additional questions I had about the company and the role. I was invited to come in to meet with 5 individuals. I was very impressed with how accommodating they all were in working with my very limited availability at the time. Great conversations with all of them and I was very impressed with how they wanted to make sure all of my questions were answered. Daniel was very clear with outlining the next steps.
