Eventbrite Client Success/Data Analyst interview questions

First was a video interview with HR. Second was a video interview with the hiring manager for position. Next was a "test" - had to analyze a set of their data. Last step was to have a panel interview. There was a lack of communication in the company and it showed. After my second interview I was told that I would have the test sent to me ASAP. I waited a week and didn't hear anything, I then followed up with the HR dept and they apologized that they missed sending it and I then received it. I heard from 2 different HR people and it felt as if they were not in the same loop of how the process worked. After my analyst I received a generic we were impressed but are going with someone else email. I responded with a professional email asking for feedback and never heard a word.
