Attended the phone screening. Asked about 20 questions. It felt like a hiring manager round. Recruiter was just reading a list of questions. I felt it was too much for a position that pays 75k as I’ve attended interviews for positions that pay over 100k where experience with recruiters was much better. I didn’t have a good experience as a candidate and wouldn’t apply again.

Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback on your phone screen. Our current hiring process for the Producer role is: 30 minute phone call with the People Team, 1 hour interview with the hiring manager and another team member.
One of our recruitment goals is to be as respectful of candidates time as possible. We do try to fit in a good amount of baseline questions into a 30 minute call. We do this so that we don't need to have additional interview rounds, and we're confident in asking for more of your time by inviting you to the interview.
All the best in your career search.
