Interview
Gave a lengthy assignment of "coming up with a product idea and 360 launch plan". The Job description was 2-3 page long that no one can remember, it felt like they wanted to get all the work done from the same person. The recruiters picked up few points from that JD that I couldn't answer. I agree that I might not be good enough but the recruiter didn't bother to inform me of the decision was so unprofessional.

Trotz eines vielversprechenden Lebenslaufes warte ich leider seit ungefähr 6 Monate auf eine Rückmeldung des Unternehmens. Leider ist die Wahrscheinlichkeit sehr gering, dass diese noch kommen wird. Schade, von einem Unternehmen wie Estee Lauder hätte ich mehr erwartet!

I had one 30-minute behavioral phone interview that consisted of typical behavioral questions. They used the STAR method and "tell me about a time when..." questions. Then about a month later, I received a status update on my application.
